Working with Audiospace...

Once you decide to invest in an entertainment system for your home or commercial space, choosing the right AV integrator is the most important decision you will make. Electronics systems can be expensive and complex. Audiospace can eliminate the complexity and help you extract the greatest amount of value and enjoyment from your investment. We do this with our unique engagement process. Each step of our involvement with you is designed to best understand your requirements so that we tailor the perfect system for your needs. Whether you’re looking for something to automate your home or an economic system to watch your favorite movie, we can help!

Step 1: Consultation

The first step is to talk about your ideas with one of our account representatives. Our initial consultation is absolutely free. If you’re working with an architect, contractor or on your own, it’s best to engage with us as early as possible. Getting us involved early can help you seamlessly incorporate your technology plan with your space. Starting early allows us help make smart choices about equipment dimensions, locations, power and cooling requirements. We can also help you understand what’s on the horizon so you can future-proof your investment.

Step 3: integration

The Audiospace field team begins reviewing the project details early in the design process. This ensures the system will work as expected. Once the design is finalized and deposit received, the install team begins to prepare for the installation process. If you have a simple one-room system, we will contact you to schedule your installation. If you have a more complex project, we can incorporate our project management specialist with your project team. Our team installs and tests each component and compares the final installation against the original design.

Step 2: Design

Audiospace design service is part of every system we sell. Design is a critical component of our success. The system design is how we ensure everyone involved with your project knows what to expect of the installation process. Our initial design helps define the budget and the specifications of your system. From this initial technical description of your system, you can adjust the features and requirements to meet your budget and your family’s technology needs.

Design is also the phase where we agree on payment terms. We expect a deposit, payments as equipment is delivered, and payments at major project milestones. Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide you with technical specifications, and begin the ordering process.

Step 4: Training & Support

After the installation is complete, we will schedule training for all the members of your household. Our goal is to make sure you understand the system and the whole “family” is able to operate it! We are happy to provide as much training as you need until you’re comfortable.

We’re not done yet! Once your system is installed and working for a few weeks, there are always questions or maybe even issues that arise. You can always contact us to schedule a service call or additional training. However, we are your pro-active technology partner! We’ll schedule regular service calls with you to keep in touch and make sure your system is still operating as expected. You can always cancel if you don’t need us, but know that we’re available if you do!
